Thank you for shopping at Quirkey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn’t used or damaged.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Shipping Returns
To return the item you purchased, please contact us to receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during return shipping.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. if the item was sold with a “free shipping” promotion, an R49 free will be deducted to partially cover shipping costs.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after the damaged item has been reviewed.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned product does not meet our return criteria.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us for instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
